This American Vintage ’58 FSR Roasted Ash Precision is a Limited Edition bass - only 100 of these beauties will be made. With the ’58 FSR Roasted Ash Precision, Fender presents an original-era model year bass built with meticulous attention to accurate details. The pickup is an American Vintage '58 split single coil. This was custom wound to replicate the tone and response of original 1958 pickups. The one-piece roasted maple neck has a C profile for a great feel. And the maple fretboard has a 7.25" radius and vintage style frets for a truly classic playing experience. It all comes together to bring Fender history and heritage to authentic and exciting new life.

Built using original tooling and based on actual 1958 models, the U.S.-made American Vintage '58 FSR Precision Bass is a must-have for bassists who appreciate its place in history, a milestone year when the bass that started it all first appeared, with the added uniqueness of a gorgeous fully Roasted Ash body and Maple neck.
